You will have both of the links on whatever you are offering because some people will choose or shortest or even adfly it is up to them , some people are like that they might NOT like adfly and they might NOT like shortest so that is why they will chose the other one. 

So keep in mind that you will put 2 links okay!

Do not put the adfly link inside your shortest link and redirect them BECAUSE your account will be deleted you can try it if you want and YES it will make you TONS of clicks and money but you are risking your account and I DO NOT like to risk my accounts.!
